Salary: £18K plus Benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm)

Our client is looking to appoint a full-time Aircraft Store Operative to work as part of an aircraft maintenance team.

Job Specifications:

• Issue, receipt and control of specialist aircraft tools and related equipment
• Receipt and issue of incoming aircraft and general spares
• Internal delivery of urgent stores requisitions
• General stores duties and assisting other members of the stores team
• Tool and stores administration on the company’s maintenance management system
• Internal and external customer service
• Compliance with the company’s Quality Assurance and Safety systems
• Any other duties as required by the employer

Employer operates a no smoking policy on premises.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous stores related experience
• Good communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Preferably have a background in some form of engineering or technical operations
• Flexibility in moving from one task to another.
