Faria brings over 20 years of professional experience across a range of people focused and operational roles, developing strong skills in communication, relationship building, and understanding organisational needs. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), which complements her practical experience with a solid foundation in business strategy and management.
Outside of work, Faria enjoys long country walks, travelling, and discovering new places. She’s also a devoted coffee enthusiast who appreciates a well made cup wherever she goes.
Bharat brings a blend of hands on industry experience and strategic insight, supporting organisations in strengthening their quality systems, improving operational efficiency, and navigating regulatory expectations with confidence. His approach is collaborative, transparent, and grounded in real world understanding of how businesses operate. Outside of work, Bharat enjoys travelling and watching movies, and he’s a passionate cricket follower. He also keeps a close eye on emerging technologies and broader innovation trends, ensuring his perspective remains current and forward looking.
